Modified The Members/Quartets Page

I replaced Fortified Four's picture with a better one and added three recent videos of their performances at our latest Christmas Awards dinner.  I also updated some of the the descriptive writing of this quartet.  As well, on March 4th, 2016, I added a photo of Q4 at the bottom of the page, with a short description of this quartet.
